Coming to therapy is a radical act of kindness towards yourself - because you have chosen to invest in yourself and your well-being.

As we talk together, I will try to better understand your world and help you to better understand it too.

Being a young person can be tough. Figuring out what to do about friends, school, family, relationships, sleep problems, feeling overwhelmed, or just how to get through everything that comes up daily - is huge.

I'm here to listen :)

I specialise in family therapy to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of all family members. My services are available for couples, parents, carers, and families.

Additionally, I often involve parents or carers in some parts of my work with young people to improve therapy outcomes and promote stronger relationships.

I believe supervision works best when we apply the same principles we use in our work with people - creating a safe, supportive space for reflection, learning, growth and celebration.

I am here to provide such a space to social workers, therapists, and youth workers. Let's chat some more about your needs.
